Runes

Post by [HangedMan] »

I have some runes that I bought almost over a decade ago, but never used them. Problem is, I don't know how to use them. Does anyone have any websites to offer to help a newbie like me understand how to read them?

If you decide to buy a book, here are a couple of my favorites:

Northern Mysteries and Magick: Runes & Feminine Powers by Freya Aswynn
Taking Up The Runes: A Complete Guide To Using Runes In Spells, Rituals, Divination, And Magic by Diana L. Paxson
Teutonic Magic by Kveldulf Gundarsson

I love runes, both reading them and making runecasts.

I use the nordic rune system

I like to use my own home made runes too

I love your runes sheelanagig!

I've never much been into runes myself but if I had a set like that I'd probably have to rethink that.

Very nice!

Thank you Greymalkin,

I love them too.
They work better than my shop bought runes, but I think that is because I put lots of loving creative energy into them while I was making them :D

I have been known to make wands from decent large twigs that have been blown off trees during storms.

:D

Do you make stuff and sell it? I really would love a set of those runes.

There are blue arrows on the bottom of the page, great info on this site.
