You might dub this a chant or a poem. A poem expresses feelings. A spell would apply if you say it with an intent. What is the intent, the goal, or desire behind the words?

Ok,
I like this better than having a fear of God, ...that, I feel may be a leftover conditioning from a patriarchal world. We don't have to fear our deity in the Craft.
The last line I might change out the word "would" for "will" that way your outcome is more positive. Would implies there could be resistance or doubt.
