Hello everyone , I am still in the early day's of my training with meditation ,I am getting headaches after I meditate & feeling a bit spaced out the day after is this normal ??

What do you do to meditate? Do you listen to music, guided meditations, do you focus on certain things? I haven't gotten headaches or spaced out after meditation.
Because of what you described, I would suggest that maybe you might have luck with a guided audio meditation that walks you through the begining and end of a meditative state. This way you can become more familiar with the feelings of clearing your mind, leaving your current state of mind, and returning to it after you are done.

Is your neck sore when you are done ?
Can you be holding your neck tight ?
Maybe you could try to meditate laying down ?
