Being an Appalachian, born and raised, I adore in being able to indulge in tradition and incorporate it into spiritual practice. I feel that it adds an air of ancestral magick!

Thanks for posting Holda, going to bookmark this. Orion is a great speaker...this topic interests me as I found out my biological fathers background had some Pennsylvania Dutch I often wonder how much of their tradition used this form of spirituality in their everyday work.
