I was wondering when the next one was? I do have a site with all the dates on but im unsure as to whether the next waxing phase would be classed as when the new moon begins or the first quarter!!

Hi..and welcome
Simply put, when the Moon is growing larger, it is waxing, and when the Moon is getting smaller, it is Waning. The New Moon , opposite the Full Moon is when its completely neutral or dark.. as the full is when it is totally illuminated...so to answer the question anytime after the New Moon.
