Forgiving

I want to forgive, it's just a bit hard to do. Simply put I want to move past this and certain people in my life but can't. I'm trying but it's hard to do and I just want to cease the tension I feel anytime I'm in the same space as them. It's not easy when I get annoyed or angry at the littlest things they do or say and that's not what I want.

Any advice?
