All you do is:
Before a shower, write your worries on your arms, legs, hands, etc. Make sure this is in pen or washable marker, so it washes off easily. After you write them, take a shower and make sure to wash the writing off completely. Picture all your worries washing down the drain as the writing does. Repeat:
"O Powers, Please help Thou,
Worries hath come, but please not now;
Make the anxiety go away,
Needn't it come back, any other day."
This spell should restore confidence in yourself and hopefully wash your worries away.
