In the divination forum there is a thread about scrying, and Rain provides a website within a reply which will lead you to a lot of good information on the subject. It's not the be all and end all, but it's a start. I'm sorry I can be of little help in reference to your other concerns. Best of luck.

If you clarify who the spell is intended for in the words that should be good enough.

I haver never used a binding spell because I belive if a person wants to harm magicaly well tht is thier will.

The charge of the God (dess) are done often during holy days, and when you feel like you need a stronger form of divine intervention.

Well, blighted dragon, binding spells are of several different types.You might want to bind a person from doing harm, or bind someone from working magick.They are usuallly considered to be in the area of dark magick as you will be interfering with someone's free will.Have a care before you do a Binding though-these spells are very prone to backfiring(really badly I might add)

there are certain binding spells that can pass muster w/ the 3fold law.
these spells bind someone from doing harm but do no harm in return.
tell me what your problem is & maybe i know a spell that might help.
i personally have never done a binding spell.
i have known people that have used them to keep someone from doing terrible harm to them as a last resort.
