Recommended Books on Runes
Can someone recommend a book on Runes?
I have two I really like the book of Runes by Ralph Blum . It is easy to understand and very informational. The other I bought was recommended by the guy at the pagen shop I go too but I found it really hard to understand. I got the one on amazon relaly cheap a friend recommended it and it is great. grey and gold cover.

Re: Runes
I do not have a book title to contribute, but as a thought, maybe this topic should be changed and be called "books on runes" or something like that? I clicked the topic expecting something completely different; not at all a book thread lolz
~that is an interesting notion, in it's own way~

Re: Recommended Books on Runes
I'm using Runes for divination for eight years now and I have to admit the only decent book I came across was "Ruf der Runen" ("Call of Runes") by Igor Warneck. I'm not sure if it was ever translated to english, I managed to buy it in my native language. If anyone's interested in a very intuitive way to get to know your runes I'd really reccommend trying to find this book, it's brilliant and encourages you to getting to know your runes on a very personal level instead of forcing you to incorporate someone else's meaning and understanding of them.
