I think, no matter if he is starving the dog or not, that it is a horrid way to treat animals. It also disturbs me that knowone says anything to him. People really can be a disgusting animal sometimes.
I hope the petitions work and he is stopped.

I agree with Fallen and also if you keep using the same stone over again for different spells you must cleanse it thouroughly and make sure you do not need to keep it stored in some manor until the previous spell has been completed.

Thanks, i live in the uk so we are lucky enough to get all our health care free, just have to wait a long while to get it.
