the guilt, the pain, the hurt, the lies
all i see behind your eyes
like a thousand battle cries
reaches out to me through the skies
but to me its no surprise.

i understand your pain
the loss inside, the hurt still wanes
do not fear the light still reins

you re not alone
your problems, worries, fears are like my own
just know i see you for your soul alone
