Sorry it has taken me so long to get back to you ehstemai. I think your observation is correct. I have been hold a part of myself banck and I see that I can not keep it undercontrol any more. Rather I do not want to. Thank you again.

My meditation took me to a place that was serene. I heard birds and felt the wind, then I was interrupted by a family member. I had a feeling it was going to reveal some place I had to go. Not sure though.
