Since I have a busy life, work, college, husband, child, pets. I rarely have quiet time so I make time for meditation in the shower. (Some may find this odd or helpful.)
I burn incense, turn the light off and sit in my shower letting the water rain down on me. It's easy to envision a waterfall washing away negativity or giving me energy.
Who else is a shower/bath meditator?
Any tips/ideas?
I sometimes also play music via ihome.
Blessed Be!

Re: Shower Meditation
When I was in school (before Abe was president), shower time was perfect for early meditation. I still use the time for grounding.

Re: Shower Meditation
I'm a thinker when I'm in the shower, I can't ever turn my mind off long enough to meditate.
However, I'm really starting to enjoy guided sleep meditations and thoroughly recommend giving that a shot. So peaceful.

I will definitely have to try that. I'm trying to meditate more frequently and less in the shower. (water conservation)smogie_michele wrote:I'm a thinker when I'm in the shower, I can't ever turn my mind off long enough to meditate.
