Bath Salts!

Post by Smolly »

- 1 cup of large sea salts
- 1/2 cup white fine sea salt
- 1/2 tablespoon of sweet almond oil
- Add 5 drops of your favorite essential oils.

Mix well until there are no clumps in the mixture.

-Add one cup of powdered milk to the bath salt mixture and repeat the mixing motion.
- Add 1/2 cup of uncooked, unsweetened whole oats.

Repeat the mixing motion.
Mix the bath salts well

Option: Add three drops of your favorite coloring to the bath salt mixture. Mix the coloring through the salt mixture.

Hey Smolly
I just thought of something. I've never seen oats in any bath salts I've purchased in the past. Are they using something else or grinding them or something? And what is their function in this recipe?

I'm 'designing' a purifying bath recipe to use this with so I'm curious.
