A spell for justice?

am asking if anyone is willing to do a spell for me, or rather help me do it myself.
Either or, but helping me do it myself would benefit me more in the long run.

It's a very long story. It started with me getting pregnant. And ended in dcs/CPS taking my son away
Now my husband and I have done everything they have asked. Did all the classes the training the therapy. My heart was broken when they took him, the first time they did have a good reason. I am not here to say I am not at fault. My husband was a drug user and I never told him he needed to stop. Which everyday I regret for not being stronger and just telling him no.

He is clean and has been. They focused on me because I said I didn't do drugs. Their policy is if I won't admit it, I am not recovering or doing what they want because the first step is admitting you have a problem. So they tested me. And tested me. Month after month, 2 years went by. And October the case ended finally. November it opened again.

In the previous months I had been having trouble with my back. Come to find out with X-rays and I tried a chiropractor only to find out he can't help me. That I have bone issues not seen in normal 25 year olds. I need sugery and pain medicine. I have surgery scheduled but it wasn't for another year. In that time I would be on pain medicine perscribed to me.

But narcotics you can abuse. They took my baby away again because of that. I have tested dkbe everything...they won't involve court because recent law changes says they don't always have to. I can't afford a lawyer, parents can't share and we definitely can't afford two. 10,000$ alone retainer for that.

They still won't give him back.

My heart is torn, spit on, slashed, burned all at once because of this. I've done everything and I feel lost. I'm wondering if magic can maybe help me. Help dcs realize I am not a danger to my son. It's heart wrenching to see him cry every single time he is taken from me at the end of our visits. They say it has to be slow I get him back but won't tell me how long it will be.

Is that too much to ask? I'm very new to this and am wondering...what could magic help me with in this?
I by no means am looking for a quick solution I understand these things take time. I am open to anything to get him back. My son Dante is the only thing I care about more than myself or anyone else.

I just want to let you know my thoughts and prayers are with you. I have seen many women deaing with the very issue you deal with. Did they know you had surgery? It is unfair to test you after that.
Keep doing what you are doing, it sounds like you are exasperated but
as long as you do what they say, you will get you son back. It moves so slowly.

I've seen so many parents with the classes I've had to take...most of them that have done terrible things to their children like beat them or shake them. It was always frustrating to be in class with them, because dcs let them have their kids on conditions...
Why can't they do that for us? It's kind of obvious who actually loves and cares for their child, and this is Dante's third birthday. I was not allowed for any Christmas or birthdays so far.

He recognizes me as mommy at least. Something I'm very happy about. In the start it was hard because I didn't think he would know ne from everyone else.

My husband and I tested it. He knows grandma apart from me, and he stays with her.
.right now my husband has him...but I can't live there until they decide if I can be with my son. Won't say when. I feel like I am constantly walking on eggshells.

You have my supportive sympathy as well. I'm just going to cut thru the heavy emotional content and be as brief as I can. (haha). I'd written the "Simple Spells" post specifically for anyone who wants a spell for (fill in the blank.) These basic, well know spells are powerful spells because they are frequently used &'have built up corridors of success; and can be used for ANY purpose. There is no need to re-invent the wheel. Use what is known to work. The instructions are given. The spells are simple and therefore do not distract the mind from the all important focus of intent. Candle spells work especially well when the passions of the heart are involved.

The key to focusing is to use present tense phrasing. Don't use "I want or I need" because you will create a situation in which you continue to want or need. This is no time to beg "oh please let me have my desire ". Be bold. What you deire is your right. Claim it- claim the goal with "I have my son home." it's a joyful statement: I-have-my-son-home. Wow! You're a tigress fighting for her cub. Then push that powerful force from your gut into a candle. Use any candle- it truly doesn't matter. Giving thanks as though the object is already accomplished is vital. See the post for full instructions.

Just do it. Forget the books. Don't tell us you'll try. There is no "try". Do!

I teared up at the "I have my son home". I know definitely my desire is strong. That's something I haven't been able to say since..long time.

My gosh that's awesome because it so happens that last week I was at a store. I thought about getting a book to add to my collection but there was a spell candle set. All the colors for sale. Something just told me I would need those the most. Out of all the herbs or gems...I just knew that the first thing I would do involved these candles.

I will! I am doing it now actually. Picking out a color that speaks to me.

Also, look up the laws in your state and study them. See if you can get a hold of cps/dcf policies to study. You need to know your rights, and theirs, to be able to fight them.
