Sweet Thing

I hear my sweetie calling.
Her cries caress my ears.

She lifts her head so regally.
Her body flows so near.

Her voice carries through the valley.
Her energy spreads through time. .

I hear my sweetie calling.
Her spirit reaching mine.

I feel her in my mind.
Gathering my thoughts.

Reaching towards my heart.
Knowing my emotions.

I hear my sweetie calling.
Her voice so clean and pure.

She parts her lips so slightly.
Her gazes upon the moon.

Her ears pull back.
Her tail curls up.

I hear my sweetie calling.
The wolf I hold so dear.

Smiling Star

This is a poam I wrote about my wolf, who I saved from death, when everyone said she could not be trained or socialized. HA>>>> She's was 6 months old then, and now she is 7 years old, and the most wonderful friend I have ever had. And she loves everyone and everything. She is 95% Timber Wolf. She also informs me when there is a spirit around that wants to speak to me and I am not paying attention. Love and Light Star*

Thanks for reading my poem. My wolf is a great joy in my life. She has changed so much since I got her. It took me three months to get her to come to my husband, three weeks to get her to walk on a lead, and two years of draging a 10 foot rope behind her to get her to come to me when we were out letting her run. She's just to smart for her own good, she's a alfa female. But as long as she gets her walks and lots of love, she's good to go....

Here's what she looks like most the time, she's a big talker. She just loves my cats, they clean her ears.
