Hey all im relatively new to wicca and the craft in general. I have always loved learning about anything to do with witch craft since I was a teenager but it was only since November last year I seriously considered becoming wiccan now I'm still pretty new and haven't dared to attempt any rituals yet but I try to do meditation everyday. Can I just ask is it normal to feel like weird sensations while meditating like last week when I was meditating I felt really warm around my neck for no apparent reason and last Saturday I felt really cold while meditating when it was boiling hot inside. Sorry if I have asked in the wrong place.
