Are there specific incense fragrances that I can burn to honor the God and Goddess in ritual?

That would depend on your individual God or goddess. They have their own personality and have their own preference for smells.
Personally, I use frankincense when lighting a stick for the deities in general. It's whatever you feel is right so it's not like you're doing anything wrong.
