My go-to protection crystals are smoky quartz and tigers eye. Although you may want to look into some self defense classes if you are really worried. And having a bit of pepper spray never hurts, well, except for the person you use it on  .

I'm in the same boat, still get PTSD related attacks/anxiety pretty frequently from an incident that happened two years ago. I blessed and currently keep a tiger's eye stone (which is my favourite multipurpose rock, for when I need protection and motivation) around my neck whenever I go out.

It makes me feel better and I believe it protects me, as I still have to see this certain person around friends a few times a year... but time and self protection always helps.

I suggest a clear quartz or tiger's eye, but ultimately, you should look at a number of stones to see what resonates best with you.

Stay safe and blessed be :)

Until all my pants with deep enough pocket gave up the ghost,
I use to carry a small double-terminated smoky quartz in left
pocket and a clear double-terminated quartz in right pocket.
Left side receives and the right sends energy, for me anyway.
Of coarse sometimes a couple stones were added to pockets,
or hung around my neck also.

I feel that hematite is a great all round protective stone. It has that reflective sheen to it therefore bad energy bounces off or away.
good luck! How you getting along these days?
There are a few resources for healing ( besides time) talk thearpy is good with a one on one counselor as well as a group setting. They say that when you hear others stories it activates a hormone in the brain ...you feel less alone and can process the event with the support of others. There is EMDR which has a few different channels, there is tapping and eye movement thearpy but these should be done with a qualified thearpist. Listening to theta or delta bineural beats can help calm the brain, meditation is a great help and then there's meds. There may be more but I can't think of any right now.

I've read in a couple different gemstone books that my
birthstone Peridot helps with incest and sexual abuse/rape
Being green I imagine it helps thru our heart chakra,,,?
Either way I know it helps, for I'm also an incest survivor.
But a lot of "side-effects" are still with me... :x
I have no idea how to work thru these...

I find jet works for protection; obsidian, smoky quartz, tiger's eye, and snowflake obsidian also work well, I've heard.
