Night Women

[Invisible Labyrinth]

Night women danced naked
beneath moon-lit skies
chanting down the moon.
When it arrived
we were sharpening our knives
and awaiting the end of the world.
But when the end came,
it was more of the same
yet more fire, more noise
and more darkness.
