Creating BOS

I have one simple question and I don't know where to create topic, so I thought I could do it here...
I acually love my journal a lot and it's my everything, I was wondering is it okay to create BOS in my journal book?

Because I always got sense that both are somehow personal and simillar, but somehow journal is more personal than BOS, so...

That really all a BOS boils down to for many practitioners. Some may have two books, one being a "Formal" BOS and a Book of Mirrors. The Formal version tends to be the one that is handed down from generation to generation. The book of mirrors is more of the "work in progress". All that really matters is what works for you and how you want to do things.
