Spiritual Sickness?
Spiritual Sickness?
For the past few days I have been feeling really nauseated with a stiff neck and body aches, as well as feeling off balance. Is there such a thing as spiritual sickness? It doesn't feel like the normal cold or physical illness I have had in the past. I thought a possibility may be my third eye reopening causing me to feel this way, but I am curious for some feedback of things that could be causing this.
I hope this is in the right forum, I look forward to your responses.
Thank you!

Shoot!
How are things now?
you also had the end of a relationship, that can throw one into a weird state. Even if it was amicable it is still a loss and to remind yourself, grief manifests in all kinds of strange ways.

Re: Spiritual Sickness?
Things are much better! I have noticed that energy work makes me a little queasy still, but through practice and patience I am learning. I haven't had any other body aches or pains as of late, so I'm feeling much better.

I've been going through something similar. Mine is definitely stress related. I haven't decided if the hallucinations are stress or third eye, or both.

Snow;
Sometimes I struggle with that - trying to define if I'm really not feeling well or if it's spiritually related. What do you do when you're not sure?

Mostly I get frustrated. Then I start keeping track of what's happening when. It takes a while, but if I track things, I can usually figure it out.

I have really been meaning to keep a calendar, I am realizing much of my stress, aches, pains and out of left field weird feelings, to be body muscle memories of past traumas. Figuering out how to cope through these times has been a real challenge...

I really need to get better at keeping track of things like that.

Re: Spiritual Sickness?
New Years is always a great time to remotivate myself. Hahah! Never too late to start! That's a great idea, though. I want to start keeping better tabs on myself and do more diary entries.
Re: Spiritual Sickness?
Ack! You've inspired me. I got a little calendar I can keep short notes on. I think part of my problem is I want to write too much, then I burn myself out and don't want to do it anymore.
Perhaps we can keep tabs on each other, eh?

Re: Spiritual Sickness?
Exactly! When I try to write too much I burn out and get sick of it. I like this idea. I don't feel I need to write every single day, but I do want to start writing when something comes up. Checking in with one another sounds like a good idea for that. ^-^

COOL!....cheers! ....>>clink<<....(sound of glasswear toasting)
I've decided to make an index at the front of the calendar to describe the frequent feelings, like:
HED-high energy day
LED-low energy day
DJVM-de-ja-vu moment
...that sort of thing
You know, little acronyms that mean something to you.
I have these Goddess moments, and saddness out of left feild, searching for a pattern to these could help to reinforce the positive and be ready for the challenging days.

Firebird, I use code words as well! Great minds think alike. I look forward to working with both of you. ^-^
