Okay I'm getting super excited! I bet the faeries are getting excited too because they will be getting a gift of honey from me lol :) I'm planning on waking up at sunrise and doing my celebrations, then I'm going camping. :D

Yeah I was able to change my schedule at work so that I only work 3 hours on Litha!!! During the day I am going to have a picnic with my family and sing to the sun God(s) and Goddess(es) then that evening going to do a ritual by the light of the moon lighting candles. Giving my thanks to the elements. I really wish I could do a bonfire but thats hard to do when you live in an apartment complex. Guess I could try and fire up my grill LOL!!! Happy Midsummer everyone!! Dont forget the Super Moon on Sunday!!! So excited!!!! Blessed Be!!!

I'm thinking about staying up and watching the sunrise and then jumping in my pool! I have work today (it's 3 am my time) in the afternoon, so I can't celebrate Father's Day with my dad. But I'll call him and then light a candle for him.
We're going through some family issues to which there is nothing any of us can do, so I'm doing my best to keep them all happy and healthy.

Happy mid summer, friends. I hope the sun shines for you and you all have a pool to jump into!

Happy Litha! And happy Yule, to you southern hemisphere folks!

Well, it was cooler than expected, so we sanded and stained the grillhouse, which is basically a little octagonal outbuilding that looks like a tiny cabin that we use for rituals sometimes. Also went and visited a spiral formation of basalt on the river nearby, which was wicked cool and I'm fairly sure is a slight power spot - not enough to give me chills, but enough to notice if you sit there for a few minutes. I intend to do a full ceremony tonight, when it's a bit cooler *whew* Heated up quickly.

Bright blessings to all!
