Can someone tell me what this means?

After asking the godess to cleanse my soul, I played with a yo yo for awhile but it twisted up out of the blue and as I was rolling it up I saw a loophole the same as the one I put my finger through about 4cm lower on the string. The first thing I thought of was a double noose or something. I couldn't even tie it that well if I tried to. Is there some bad omen associated with this? PLEASE HELP ME!!
