Spread Suggestions?

Hi everyone!
I just found out that my favorite aunt is going to have a baby ^_^ I was wondering if anyone would be so kind as to point me in the direction of spreads that will shed some light on her pregnancy, the baby's gender possibly, if there will be any problems, ect. Thanks in advance for anyone and everyone's help, it's much appreciated!

spreads have never worked for me, personally. I prefer to just turn a few cards over till my intuition tells me that thats all. just focusing on one question at a time may help, or perhaps even commanding them to show e.g. gender on the 1st card, your aunts labour on the 2nd card etc hope this helps! I've tried that a couple of times now, and each time it was pretty much the same. Looks like my Aunt is going to have a girl and a smooth pregnancy! Thanks for the advice ^_^
