phycic energies

hey im new to wicca well ive been studying it for a few years but now im starting to get more serious now that im older what i really want is help strengthining mi phycic powers i already have some but there not very strong so does any one have a spell ritual potion ect to help me strengthin them thanks

i had one, it was a chant and it made me feal stronger in my powers,...but i forgot where it is..... if i find it then i will post it ^^...
