LEGAL WEED IN CA (WTF)

Between 12:00 pm and 1:00 a bill to legalizes and legislate weed just like alcohol passed in Sacramento today.

I don't smoke it, but I think it's a good thing. Bush's "fight against illegal marajuana" has cost our country TONS of money and time, and bodies.

I think it is SMART to legalize it just to save us some heartache and dollar bills.

Although I do think drug testing should continue for certain jobs and school activities. (Maybe even a few more jobs? And more often?)

Sacromento is a city. Even thou they legalized weed, it's still illegal on the federal and state levels. When it comes down to it, the Federal laws are the laws of the land and trump any local or state regulation. The weed is still illegal to smoke.

It will drastically reduce drug related crime, my dad works at a maximum security prison, with more than a few people who just got three strikes from this so there's that too. also, 1.3-1.4 BILLION dollars in tax revenue

It's for STATE WIDE.
