Samhain

Hi! This will be my first year celebrating Samhain, and I had a question. I heard that on Samhain, it is customary for people to write thier personal weakness on a piece of paper than burn it in a fire. But, I have never met anyone who celebates Samhain that has done that. Does anyone here do that?

Well, I've never heard of it. But if it sounds like something that would be good for you, go for it. Magic is a lot about doing what works for you, or what appeals to you. Not all rituals or spells work the same for all people, and not all things appeal to the same people. If you'd like to do it, do it.

Personally, I think it sounds like a good ritual to me, I'd like to try it.
