Maybe you feel that it's painful (the cuts) for your womanly desires to emerge. I would guess by your dream that you are a young teen/girl and maybe starting to go through your sexual development. If you have been sexually abused or have fear surrounding that aspect of your life, that may explain why you dreamed about being cut down there.
