strength needed...

my best friend is going through hell. literally. he has a woman who loves him to the ends of the earth, and whom he also loves. the problem is that there have been some rumors started by her ex that she is still sleeping with him (her ex). now he has been obsessing about the possibility that she hasnt been completly truthfull to him. she tells him that she would never in her life do that to him. but he says he doesnt know who to believe- the people telling this rumor to him, or her. i told him to follow his heart, and to think logically, in the year plus that they have been together, she has never lied to him.

he needs the strength to be able to think and feel the truth. can you all help him possibly.

his name is Robert. and he is a very very dear friend. if we can help him in any way possible that would be great. i know he has trust issues from his past, but i think that he needs to make a blind leap of faith when it comes to her.

so please help me my friends, and send him the strength he needs to sort out all this in his head and heart.

Why are you so sure she has never lied to him? You must know her very well too.

yes i do, she is like a sister to me. in fact, i was the one that hooked her and him up, she tells me everything.

I see some parallels here. Your partner is/was Robert, is that not so? Must get confusing for you. Did both couples get together at the same time? I saw a post from you elsewhere that mentioned your relationship is over a year, sounds very similar.

yes, they have been together just about the same as me and my Robert. it does get confusing. but we call my Robert "Rob", and hers "Robert" that helps sometimes... but there is a lot of "no, the other Robert" lol.
