Hello there, my best friend has a problem, he works his a$$ off in the pastry shop of his cousin, who happens to be to demanding while he doesn't do much job. My best friend works there and he already has many responsibilities that exhaust him but now on top of that his cousin (the boss) dumps more work on him than before and he is a mess. I need to help him and I would like a spell to make his boss back off a bit, but I don't know what kind. Can you help?
I'm open to gray magick as well, if its gonna help my friend I don't care if it's not completely white...I NEED to help him.

Re: Overworking Boss?
I don't recommend the use of Gray magic. Beyond the fact of ethics and that unless you are a very experienced user of the Craft you run the risk of having it backfire, it probably won't work. I catch my flies with sugar, not vinegar. Act don't react. Spells for your cousin - luck, maybe seems worthy of good treatment and anything positive. It may be harder on you, but send your friend energy to support him {that's a daily thing so it makes it tougher to stick with}. Be pro-active and original in dealing with it. If his boss is a huge soccer fan use magic to make your friend more like someone on the team his boss is crazy about. If his boss likes cars make your friend smell like auto exhaust to his boss. You can also try the other side but in a positive manner. Why is his boss such an {expletive deleted} piece of....work. Maybe he needs to be happy. Heal his always aching back. Try things like that before you sell-out your principles.

Your friend is not indentured and perhaps should move on to greener pastures offered by a more humane employer. We spend most of our youth in the work force so it is wise to enjoy your career.
Truth and Reality are highly guarded secrets. Nothing is as it appears. "The ONENESS sleeps in the stone, breathes in the plant, dreams in the animal and awakens in man" (Indian proverb)
