Gift exchange
Me and my friend are going to do a gift exchange soon and I was thinking about making her a dream catcher.
Here is what has popped into my mind so far:

Re: Gift exchange
Generally you want to represent the elements in a dream catcher and a representation of their spirit animal for protection. Just a suggestion

Re: Gift exchange
Should I add more than the pentagram for elements representation?

I like the way you've incorporated it actually.

Re: Gift exchange
Any other components I should add or rituals I could preform?
My friend is really REALLY freespirited with the heart of a great warrior.
Should I replace the topaz with a different stone?

Re: Gift exchange
Do you make the entire dreamcatcher by hand? That is actually a really cool idea!

Re: Gift exchange
That's what I want to do, yes.
My friend isn't good at keeping secrets so I managed to coax out of her that she is making a box altar for me and now she wants me to help her, she is making the box from scratch too so I feel a home-made-from-scratch dream catcher is a little under kill.

That is really cool. I've never tried making a dreamcatcher before, it looks complicated (or perhaps it looks more complicated than the creation process actually is).

Re: Gift exchange
Can you post a photo when you're done? I'd really love to see it.

I won't have it done until April, I'm going to Chicago tomorrow.
