Desperate for some help or advice here....

Post by Dark Moonlite »

I don't know why I'm posting this.

My estranged step-father just went into cardiac arrest form drugs amd died in front of my 9 year old sister and 13 year old brother. Is there any way I can quickly perform a binding spell on myself? The last time i felt this way: numb, was before I attempted suicide. I'm okay not, but I'm shutting down. I need a binding spell for my brother as well because he is EXTREMELY mentally unstable.

Merry meet, merry part, merry meet again.

Maybe a binding spell isn't your best bet, talking to someone seems better. Trying to blank the memory out is not going to be good for your mental health because it will come back sooner or later. Talk it through. My thoughts are with you during this troublesome time.

I agree with Jay,
you need to get yourself a really good compassionate psycologist and perhaps see your doctor too. If you saw a psychiatrist, when you tried to commit suicide, I suggest you see them as well.
It sounds like you and your family have had a pretty hard time and you all need each other for support, perhaps some family therapy could help too. In New Zealand we have 'victim support', I'm sure there must be some kind of free service you can use where you live.
If you really feel a spell might cure or help things for you I suggest you try a blessing spell, for yourself and your house (or where your stepfather died) or a protection spell for all of you.
I hope you get the help you need at this difficult time.
My thoughts and blessings are with you.

I too agree & would like to add
that those under you...the ones who look up to you
for strength & to follow--
they need you now more than ever.
Sometimes when it is hardest we can find
strength within by allowing the reality
that we are needed by some weaker & more
vulnerable than ourselves.
Some that truely love us & are bound to us
by birth, location, or simply circumstances.
DO get help...for yourself AND them.
Going together makes a steel bond
in helping each other*
