In a past life I think I jumped off a cliff
I had dreams were Im standing at the edge of a cliff and then the next thing I know im falling and i hit the ground and jolt awake like as if i actually did hit the ground...

You should look into that dream, like why would you jump off a cliff? For what purpose? Just in case, there's no repetition in this life.

It sounds like a past life to me. My first instinct is to say suicide but not by choice. Was there ocean below the cliff?
I had a similar dream where I was shot in the head and I could feel the cold rush of death come over me and then I woke up and it was the weirdest sensation I have ever felt.
