They're calling for me...

This is another of my posts to someone. Does anybody know what it means?:
I was trying to sleep one night of few years back, and I was in that half asleep half awake faze you people are talking about. Just when I was dozing off I heard all these ghostly, kind-of-either childish or female vioces calling out "Please Help Us!" They kept on screaming that along with my name. (real name's Melissa..) Who are they? Why did they want me to help them?

Wow, that's creepy. I have certainly heard of things like that before, maybe not to that extent, but when you get into that state you are in the spirit world. There could be ghosts or spirits trying to get your attention I suppose. You might want to read Robert Monroe's books about his astral travels. He really had some wild experiences. You could probably relate to some of them.
