Bring them out to play?

For the 4th of July I went to a see a friend of mine in Ohio. She took me down the road to a place called Coffin Road. As soon as we left the paved road and started on the gravel I could feel the presence of spirits. When she finally stopped the 4-wheeler. there was a Memorial stone and part of a foundation to a building. She told me about how there used to be a children's home there and one night the lady in charge of it locked the kids inside and burned the building down.

I was wondering if anyone knew of a way to get the children to do more than just hover around. maybe come out and play. I've never been there at night and I never got a chance to call to them. My friend says she's tried though.
