General Herb Use: Dont Waste it...use it all

I thought I'd add a little something about herbs. It's most common to use the flower or leaves on the herb/flower but you can use everything. I did get this information from another book, but I added a few other things to my BOS from personal use and results.

Roots: earth/air (great for grounding or getting to the root of a problem)

Leaves: water (great for an all-purpose)

Sap: fire/ water (great for passion, and love)

Bark:air/earth (good for protection)

Fruit: Fire/water (good for deep emtions, and love)

Seeds: air/earth (great for communication and fertility)
