That's called an earworm. Very anoying. They get in my head too on occasion. I will try writing down next time, maybe that broke the chain.

"Waltzing with Bears" has been the bane of my existence. I will also try this suggestion of writing it down to silence the tune....baggy bears, raggie bears, saggie bears too.
