OOBE is the same as Astral Projection, just with OOBe you stay in the physical plane.
lucid dreaming is dreaming but with the dream under your full control, like you're in a nightmare, you wish for a gun that never runs out of ammo and one shot kills no matter how bad your aim then you'll have that dream.

Astral Travel is not necessarily an OBE per se, it can also be a spirit journey during meditation. All visualizations and dreams occur on the astral plane, thats the place you go to when you spirit journey. So you don't have to literally come out of your body to visit the astral plane. It's the place of magical potential that you visit during your journey and then you take what you experience there and bring it back to the material plane if you so choose. For example you might want to imagine yourself as more successful, out going or something in the area of financial matters. You simply visualize what you want and then use that energy to bring it into reality. It takes awhile to really get it down and I'm still learning but the basic concept is actually very simple. Just relax, close your eyes and breath and let the images come to you. You will know when you're there.
Lucid dreaming can be experienced durning sleep paralysis. This freaks alot of people out but it's actually your cue to going lucid. Your body is asleep but the mind is awake thats all so don't panic. Just go with it and within a few moments you should begin to dream. Also lucid dreaming is more likely to occur after you have fallen asleep, woke up and then went back to sleep. Maybe try taking a nap in the middle of the day and telling yourself repeatedly to remember your dreams cuz good dream recall also helps you to dream lucidly.
A full blown OBE is something I know nothing about but I have read that if you familiarize yourself with your environment for example touching and feeling nearby objects and clearly being able to visualize your surroundings so as to create the illusion of seeing with your eyes closed then you're more likely to have an OBE.
