What are out-of-body experiences and lucid dreaming?

I want to learn more about them. I believe I read on here the other day about someone who meets other Wiccans in their dreams? I think that would be quite fascinating. How could I possibly do this? Is it easy? I would love to meet with the gods and goddesses in my dreams and hear all they have to tell me! I would really like to just talk to people in my dreams, in general! Also communicating with the deceased through dreams would be cool. Can anyone help me with any of this? I would really appreciate it!
