Meh, specifics, it's actually celtic! Wicca is less then 100 years old, Samhain is over 2000! And either way if you want to celebrate then by all means do it! No one can tell you no but yourself!

I'm not Wiccan and I always celebrate Halloween. Actually, it's the only holiday I celebrate outside of Friday the 13ths. Halloween is possibly the best holiday there's ever been, and Wicca has no claim over it, or really any holiday as most of the holidays Wiccans celebrate are all older than their religion.
