Binding Spell

I have been bullied by this guy for the past half a year and despite the help I got from my parents and teachers at school, this has not helped. I don't know what to do. Is there some sort of spell that could set me free from his tyranny? I live in fear each day as nothing is helping.

In the end, the only thing that really works is standing up for yourself. So maybe a personal empowerment spell or a protection spell for yourself.
