stones have feelings ?

I'm an animist ? Believes all things have some energy
associated with them...do you ?
Crystals have such awesome energy you can feel it
before you get it in your hand ! yes/no ?
So far I've read 4 1/2 books on Crystal skulls, two
of them by Jaap van Etten (he's a bit dry but readable),
first one I read is: Crystal Skulls: Expand your Consciousness
At the time of writing they live very near Sedona, Az.,
stated he brought out a few of his skulls onto the deck
and he was measuring the energy that comes from them.
He did this with more than just quartz skulls, don't remember
what all he said he had outside; he did tho also have a
Kambaba Jasper skull there. Skulls got "measured" the
frequency within them, crystal quartz skulls were some
of the highest readings of all of them, except the Kambaba
Jasper continued to read high energy like the clear quartz.
To me this re-enforces my belief that these lovely treasures
from Mother Earth do really have an energy about them that
can be felt by those who know and understand stones and
their energies(like us !).
Last night I pulled my big bloodstone skull out and put it
in front of me...and pendulum.
I've used a pendulum for different things: standard questions,
a series of questions to find one of my Spirit Guides and it's
name(awhile ago and unpronounceable to me!), I've used it
to find things like my ss card to file taxes...etc.
Questions about the skulls, I've heard and read different
beliefs about their "energy". Looking still for it's name I asked:
Are you a male ? No
Are you female ? him-hawed and then half-assed no
Are you an entity communicating to me thru this skull ? small yes
Are you good ? yes
Are you the "energy" of this stone ? big yes
Does this energy have an essence ? yes
(don't know why I asked that!)
Is this energy here to teach me ? another big yes !
Do you have a name ? "maybe" answer swinging
Can I give you a name ? confused swinging
Do you like a man's name ? no
Do you like a girls name ? no
A neutral name ? yes, no, maybe...
Off the top of my head !
Do you like the name Freya ? BIG YES !

I know I'm not the only one here that believes stones, crystals,
plants and trees have an energy about them that we can feel.
Has anyone ever used a pendulum in connection with a stone ?
If so, what did you find out ?
If not, do you think it's possible to communicate with the energy
of say a crystal-or your favorite stone in your possession ?
This blew my mind ! I can feel the energy in my hands, tho I've
never considered using a pendulum like this. I would ask a few
question then would write down questions and answers in a
small bound book that stays by my chair in front room.
I've been thinking about what ways I can use the pendulum
so I came up with this, I know I'm not the first to do this with
a crystal, stone, skull, any other carved creation.
Any thoughts or questions ?
I really would like it if others chimed in with their experiences;
it don't have to be a pendulum, just a way to get answers
will be great !

I am also an animist. I can remember when I was younger having to ask all the things around me to be quiet. And, stones and crystals are some of the easiest ones to connect with and understand I think.

I don't typically work with minerals, gems... they all come off as too ingrained in making money from neowiccans and whatnot. I am an animist due to being a manshin, so we do believe a lot of "seemingly unnatural" natural things hold spirits. For example, penis shaped stones lol.

But actual gems don't give off those sorts of vibes for me. The only stone I actively work with are my jade pieces.

I was ready willing and able as a child to be the daughter
to Samantha on Bewitched ! I wanted to go anywhere else
than where I was at ! No such luck !
Now, when I read the cards for someone, I can "hear",
but I wanted to experience all that I could pertaining
to the supernatural. As I got older and my life changes
and I've had a lot of different adventures and had a blast.
After I found the Soul Cards, I am satisfied with helping
others along their way.

This is so interesting(: just today a bought a rose quartz and made my first pendulum after carrying it all day. I asked nearly the same questions and I got the same distinct answers. I love asking and communicating with my qaurtz. I feel like the longer we "talk" the more bonded we become.

to find out the name; I can't find that info, its wrote

As with all our witchy things, making one yourself is not
only easily done, but you've got your energy in it from
the get-go !
As for finding out, you have to ask a lot of questions !
If you have nothing else to do...
Is my spirit guide...this or that
Can you tell me the name ?
a...b...c...etc. After getting the first letter ya start all
over again a...b...c...etc. Until you have a name.
