what are the real positions of the elements in the pentagram

i wonder how are the elements supposed to be arranged in a pentagram? im having trouble because the books that i have read does not much of what other books are trying to tell? could you help me sort this out?

This is my take on it: Clockwise from top: Air, Fire, Water, Earth, spirit. Air = East, Fire = South, Water = West, Earth = North, Spirit = Centre

the Point on top is Spirit over the Elements. Point on bottom Element over Spirit.
I Wicca the point is on top.
