excellent well!
also I would like to add that grounding helps my physical energy. I go to these rocks and lay on them for awhile and even though at first it feels rather narcotic and the rocks are sucking me in, afterwards I feel rejuvenated and realigned.

As far as physical energy I also find myself either taking a walk in the park. I know this sounds silly but I live in a city so I go there to be closer to trees. Earth being my horoscoptic element it does tend to help me relax and energize me. As my acknowledged element of water though I love to just go to the local pool and swim it does the same as the walk in the park. Just love nature it's so rejuvenating!!!
