Hey guys!
Lately I've been looking over some spells and beside the usual "full moon, waxing moon" etc. Time periods indicated one read "precisely 8 pm".
I for myself don't see the importance of such an exact timing, with the moon I can see that it makes sense but an exact clock time? Not to forget about time zones, different hemispheres etc. ...can somebody explain to me why it's important?
