A Friend's Worrying Dream

Alright, so a friend of mine had a dream that is still worrying her three nights ago. I've tried to interpret it, but have no idea what it might mean... She works at the same work place as her boyfriend, and if you miss three days of work, you get suspended without pay. This happened to her boyfriend in her dream, but when their boss told him that he was going to be suspended, he seemed brainwashed and he committed suicide in the work place. Then, the boss tried coming after my friend, but she escaped.

Any ideas?
