Lately I haven't been dreaming. No nightmares and no nothing. What does that meen? Should I be concerned?

You are dreaming, you just dont remember them. Everyone dreams, every night so long as they sleep for more than about 90mins.

You just dont remember them perhaps due to a change in waking life?

sometimes it happens, i wouldnt be that concerned, try having some amethyst under your pillow and have a good waarm bath befpre bed! that should help you!!

Ok I will try it but I have a weird sleeping schedule. I sleep from 8 to 12 then I stay up.
