I'm a big science lover, and it would make me understand a lot more of energy work if someone were to explain the science of it. Here's what I know:
Living things proudce electrical energy waves. Brain waves are electric currents that carry thoughts(?).

Your brain produces electrical stimuli sent to different muscles and organs via the brain stem to spinal column to induce a reaction. Thanks to different chemicals in the organs and muscles the receive and react as told.
Thoughts and memories are stored in the brain, when that section is activated by the electrical stimuli it makes you remember or forget. Depends on the situation.
