Did I cause rain?

So I know it's a slim chance because I'm a garden witch, not a weather witch, but last night I was planning on making an offering to my goddess Demeter for rain. It hasn't rained in like a week and my garden was kinda dry. I was looking up a bunch of rain spells and was imagining it raining a bunch but I never actually did any spells or made a sacrifice because I fell asleep. But this morning I woke up to rain. Like a bunch of healthy, strong, life giving rain. And then it was sunny and warm the rest of the day. Did my intent and imagining make it rain or...?
